Yeah! He finally lost it....

Saturday, July 18th, while eating an apple, Max finally lost his first tooth!! His adult tooth is already almost finished growing in. At first, Max was really nervous about having a loose tooth. Ever the planner, he told me that he was trying to wait until he was 10 before loosing the first one. He was very distraught that things weren't going as planned. But we talked for a while and when it finally came out without any yanking with pliers (thanks for the idea though,Chris) or tying to a doorknob (thanks again though, "dad"), he was so excited!! I"m not sure who he's been talking to either (Reed) but he told us the going amount that the tooth-fairy leaves AND that she usually leaves the first tooth, "in case you want to keep it, forever".
