Yay! November first marked the day that our build for our new home officially started. We moved here for this purpose: a new home on acreage and being close to family.
We were asked by our builder to stake out where we want our house to sit. We took Nate's dad, Kerry, aka Grandpa Beyeler, to help us; and Grandma Beyeler for fun support. Grandpa Beyeler is an architecht and has built numerous houses in his lifetime. He designed most of our house with the land in mind, so we were glad he was able to make it for the staking (since he was the one who really knew where the house should go).
It's a good thing there are four of us in the family, we each were able to hammer in one stake for each of the four corners of the house. Fun, right?
