Since 2004, we have been going to the Shaake's Pumpkin Patch in Eudora/Lawrence. The kids didn't have school Wednesday, so we made our annual trip then. Some great things about it: it's free, we have gotten our picture taken in the same place each year, and you usually are picking your pumpkin off the vine.
